Show your support for school choice!
Senate Bill 1 – the Opportunity Scholarship Act would provide scholarships for both public-to-public and public-to-private school choice. It also includes an increase in funding for the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program.
Providing a quality education for our children is the most critical investment we can make for our future. Pennsylvania needs a more effective and less costly way to educate our children. SB 1 is the right choice for Pennsylvania’s future.
These events are all free and open to the public. All advocates are urged to attend the events. T-shirts, signs and other respectful demonstrations of support are encouraged.
Can’t attend the hearing? Visit, call, fax, write or e-mail your state legislators and urge them to support SB 1 OR write a letter to the editor of one of the Philadelphia area newspapers. Use the tool on PCC’s website to draft one in your own words. Sign in as an ACE-PA member; it will send your letter to the newspapers that circulate in your area.
