Please call your Senator right now (numbers pasted below) to ask them to vote NO on SB1.

If you need help with what to say here's a suggestion:

I am a constituent in your district and I am calling to ask you to vote "No" on SB 1 this week.

This bill will raise local property taxes, and create a NEW government program that will cost hundreds of millions of dollars, while the state faces a $4 billion deficit.  The public does not support sending taxpayer money to private schools that are not accountable to taxpayers.
